
About Me
Hank J. Clarke is an attorney, who resides in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. He holds a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in April 2009. He practices in Schuylkill, Carbon, Northumberland, Berks, Dauphin, Columbia, and Luzerne counties.
Attorney Clarke is widely recognized as one of the best trial litigators in northeastern and central Pennsylvania.
He is also the subject matter expert on the Probate, Estate, and Fiduciaries Code in his capacity as the former Solicitor for the Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphan's Court of Schuylkill County for over 10 years.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Attorney Clarke proudly served as a 19D Cavalry Scout in the United States Army. He managed a group home for abused and neglect teenage boys. And, he worked as a supervisor for various residential treatment facilities for the better part of a decade.
He is the father of four beautiful children.

Not Guilty on All Counts; Verdict in Overdose Death in Schuylkill County

POTTSVILLE, Pa.- A man on trial in Schuylkill County for the overdose death of a woman two years ago was found not guilty.
The jury acquitted Kyle Merenda, of Barnesville, on all four counts he was facing in the death of Alexandria Sienkiewicz at the Schuylkill County Courthouse Tuesday night.
When the jury's decision was read, the courtroom filled with her family erupted in outrage.
"I'm devastated."
